How can I order from Ling Carpets ?

Local orders can be placed via these methods:

E-Shop: Browse our online catalog and order directly.

Reservation can also be made via DM on our Instagram @lingcarpets or Whatsapp+65 93800 698. A 50% deposit or full payment has to be made for reservation by Paynow. However , full payment is needed to confirm the sale before delivery arrangements.

For international orders, please contact us for affordable shipping costs.

 

How much is the (local) delivery fee?

Delivery fee is capped at SGD$18, regardless of size/ quantity purchased. Once order is confirmed, we will process the order. Local deliveries will be within 3-5 working days. Express delivery within 6hours after order is placed is available at SGD$35.

(However, for deliveries to CBD, Marina Bay Area, Sentosa & Tuas , delivery fee will be @SGD$30. Express delivery service will be @SGD$60.)

Can I self-collect? 

Self-collection is available 3days after order is placed,  at our physical store located at 38, Changi Road, Singapore 419701. Our Team will inform you once order is ready for collection. Collection timings 10am-7pm. (Close on Thursdays)

 

Can we exchange our purchase due to wrong sizing?

Yes, you can bring your purchased goods to exchange for alternate sizes or designs of the same value, within 3days from the date of purchase, as long as the item(s) remain unsoiled or undamaged (for eg.visible chairs/ table markings). Our team will assess their conditions before authorising an exchange.

Refunds will not be applicable for purchased goods.
