Before cleaning your carpet, please remove items from tables or furniture that may fall onto the carpet.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum

Step 3: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot

Frequent carpet spots are treated with a hot chemical pre-spray for more effective dirt and stain removal.

Step 4: Extract & Rinse

After the stain has been loosened, a dirt extraction process will properly clean the carpet with a chemical rinsing agent. Pressure and heat may be regulated so the carpet is not soaking wet. Clean with a water temperature between 80 to 90 degrees.

Step 5: Post Inspection

It is important to walk through the carpet and give it a final check for any stubborn spots.
